Awesome restaurant.The location is excellent since it is close to other well-rated restaurants like Tacos El Pastor and Bombay Indian Cuisine. Parking: Easy, free parking (it's in a strip mall). Also, they do a $5 house sake which is great (and I lived in Japan for 3 years) and plenty to share amongst two people. This is a high end dining experience for normal money. Though pop rock sashimi was certainly interesting to try as well. Best dishes we had (that I remember) were the crispy brussels sprouts (really, really good), and some of the more traditional sushi. It's kind of cool that it is a small plate menu with lots of different things to try. Food: There are a lot of options on the menu. Sake was $5 and all plates were between 5 and 8 dollars, I think. Of note, we went at lunchtime, and were there during what they call "happy hour." I think it was a weekday. I think this restaurant was the best of all the culinary experiences we had during our several weeks of. My girlfriend and I just made a 2 week tour of SoCal and Vegas. I only leave reviews if something is really good, or really bad.
